Diana Rolashevich
Founder and Owner of Dolci Petite
Welcome to Dolci Petite where we create small sweets for all occasions! There is something for everyone. Whatever the holiday or occasion, Dolci Petite can accommodate your price range.
In 2009 Dolci Petite was created after purchasing a few molds for a birthday. After seeing the excitement and enjoyment of just a few simple chocolates, Diana expanded her collection of molds to birthdays, Thanksgiving and Christmas. She began with the chocolates all being one color, but was over time able to paint and add delicate and intricate detail to each of the lollipops. The holiday orders poured in as did new molds to keep up with the demand of both orders and returning customers requesting specific molds. Customers began referring friends and family, and a clientele formed. From birthdays to weddings, baby showers, bachelorette, seasonal holidays and everything in between, Diana has something for the occasion. From the customer who wants a single lollipop, to large orders of multiple arrangements, Diana has tackled it all. While there is no storefront, she makes all of the lollipops on her own at home and delivers them to customers as far away as Springfield. She says that she can occasionally smell chocolate even when she is not working.
One thing was certain, people wanted access to view the lollipops and arrangements. In June 2011, www.dolcipetite.com was created. Diana’s collection has extended to include over 300 different kinds of molds.
